1. Product Specifications & Material Characteristics

  • Artisan Materials: MAS Gallery specializes in wall art produced on printed leather and natural wood. Because wood and leather are natural materials, subtle variations in texture, leather surface grain, and organic wood patterns are natural characteristics of the craft—not manufacturing defects.

  • Color Display: We make every effort to display product colors accurately on screen. However, slight variations may occur between digital screen displays and physical prints due to device brightness, contrast settings, and lighting conditions.

2. Order Process, Verification & Deposits

  • Order Confirmation: Submitting an order request through our store is subject to verification. Our team will contact you directly via WhatsApp to verify order dimensions, materials, and delivery details prior to crafting your order.

  • Standard Catalog Orders: Standard catalog orders confirmed via WhatsApp are processed under our default fulfillment and Cash on Delivery terms.

  • Custom & Bespoke Orders: Specialized dimensions, personalized art designs, or multi-panel custom sets are final once confirmed via WhatsApp and cannot be canceled or modified after production has commenced.

  • Bulk & High-Value Order Deposits: For bulk orders, high-quantity requests, or high-value total purchases, MAS Gallery requires an advance deposit before production begins. Once raw materials are allocated and manufacturing starts, paid deposits are non-refundable.

3. Payment & Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders fulfilled via COD, payment must be handed to the courier upon delivery.

  • Inspection at Delivery: Customers are permitted to inspect the external packaging and product upon arrival before making payment to confirm the item is undamaged and matches the WhatsApp-verified order.

  • Pricing Accuracy: MAS Gallery reserves the right to cancel or reject orders resulting from clear typographical errors or misstated catalog pricing.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, MAS Gallery owns the intellectual property rights, original artwork visual designs, product photographs, branding elements, and text on mas-gallery.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You must not:

  • Copy, republish, or duplicate artwork designs or imagery from MAS Gallery.

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license artwork or content from MAS Gallery.

  • Reproduce or redistribute visual or written content for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
