Returns & Refunds policy

At MAS Gallery, every piece of printed leather and solid wood wall art is crafted to order. We take great pride in our materials and craftsmanship. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. INSPECTION AT DELIVERY (CASH ON DELIVERY)

For orders fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon arrival before making payment. If the artwork is damaged during transit or does not match your confirmed order details, you may reject the package with the courier at no charge.

2. ORDERS, BESPOKE REQUESTS & DEPOSITS

While MAS Gallery primarily offers a curated catalog of standard printed leather and natural wood wall art, we also accommodate custom dimensions and bulk orders.

- Standard Catalog Orders: Standard catalog pieces confirmed via WhatsApp are fulfilled according to our standard inspection and Cash on Delivery (COD) terms.

- Custom & Bespoke Art: Personalized designs, specialized sizing, or custom multi-panel sets are non-refundable once production has begun following your WhatsApp confirmation.

- High-Quantity & Bulk Deposits: For bulk orders, multi-item commercial packages, or high-value total purchases, MAS Gallery requires an advance deposit to initiate production.

- Non-Refundable Deposit Status: Once a bulk or high-value order is confirmed and production commences, paid deposits are non-refundable to cover raw material allocation and manufacturing setup.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you discover a manufacturing defect or damage after receiving your item:

- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

- Provide clear photos and videos of the defect along with your order details.

- If verified, we will arrange a replacement or repair free of charge.

5. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel or adjust your order free of charge before production begins. Once you give approval via WhatsApp or production starts, cancellations are accepted , deposit is non-refundable.
