Delivery & payment

Every order, personally confirmed.

Place your order online. MAS will contact you to confirm the design, size, frame and delivery details before requesting your down payment.

Down payment on all orders

25% for orders below EGP 10,000. 50% for orders of EGP 10,000 or more. This threshold uses the product and frame subtotal, excluding shipping. The amount can be adjusted by agreement with MAS. The remaining balance is paid on delivery.

After order confirmation, pay via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash to 01100144447. Verify the recipient before transferring. Upload your receipt in your private order studio so our team can verify the transaction.

Artwork approval

Custom dimensions and customer images include a design proof. Request adjustments until you approve the final artwork. We only start production after the down payment is verified and the final proof is approved.

Delivery in Egypt

Cairo: EGP 120. Other governorates: EGP 150. Delivery within one week after order and down payment confirmation; custom artwork also requires final approval.

Dimensions & frames

Sizes are shown without a frame. Adding a frame increases the overall width and height of each piece by 4 cm. Frame pricing uses the original unframed perimeter. Maximum size per piece is 140 × 300 cm, in either direction.
